Ingredients:
Pizza dough – 1 (store-bought or homemade)
Tomato sauce – 3 tablespoons
Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Green chili – 1 (chopped)
Pepperoni or your favorite toppings – as needed
Salt – to taste
Pepper powder – a pinch
Recipe:
Topping preparation: Place the pizza dough on a plate and sprinkle some flour on it.
Sauce spread: Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the dough.
Add vegetables: Add onion, green chili and pepperoni (optional).
Cheese: Spread mozzarella cheese on top.
Add spices: Sprinkle a little salt and pepper powder to taste.
Cooking: Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is browned and the filling is set. If you don't have an oven, cook in a non-stick pan over low heat for 12–15 minutes.
Serving: Serve hot.
Notes:
You can add mushrooms, jalapenos, and green chilies as desired.
